It's something significant and very hard to be determined, at least in my opinion.

My surprise is that one of the group in my class did the topic on personalities in a video forum. As usual, everything is very vague. I understood partially yet questions are popping out.

Simple classifications of personalities from the 4 basic elements, earth, wind, fire and water, to the current Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and also a major contribution by Carl Jung.

Here you have 16 different personalities. Testing by introversion or extroversion, intuitive or sensor, thinking or sensing, feeling or perception. Somehow I took these tests before when I completed SPM and I got INTJ.

Seems like the consistency is there. I retook one exam and I got back INTJ.

Rarity makes me happy! XD

I then Google'd for a lot of INTJ personality profiles and most of the written statements overlaps each other, namely these :

apply (often ruthlessly) the criterion "Does it work?" to everything
produces an unusual independence of mind
perfectionism and disregard for authority may come into play
possess the unusual trait combination of imagination and reliability
really want people to make sense
less sociable
value intelligence, knowledge, and competence

I always wondered what and who I am. Personality tests are one thing that I don't really trust, given in vagueness and some inconsistency between tests, but gives an outline of who we are.

Given that I am with an INTJ personality, one of the rarest personality of all, is indeed fascinating even for myself. I value rarity as it sets a gap between mainstream and themselves. Personally speaking, I don't think I found anyone that came across in my life that has such personality. After all, it's still one of the rarest personality in the world.

One thing I'm amazed when I retook the exam is that the results are same as before. Guess I'm true to who I am.

High school

It's been more than a year since I last set foot in my high school. It turned 100 years old this year, so happy birthday and have a grand century.

Happy 100th birthday!

St. Michael's Institution Ipoh. First started off as a rented Malay house (I think) during 1912 with all the discriminated students from other schools attending this school's first class session in Kampung Pisang.

From there, 100 years have passed. Year 2012 is the year we celebrate St.Michael's Institution Ipoh's 100th birthday.

Lucky enough I'm the 98th year's class monitor for class 5SC4. Proud? Not really.

Celebration ends. I'm going to continue with my ranting. It's not about the school, it's the people.

I've seen such ignorant teachers, discriminated students, gangster students and also stuck-up attitude students.

I think I can consider myself as a victim of discrimination. You might say this is due to me myself as an introvert, and yes, I agree as this is a valid point. I find myself not wanting to speak. Not wanting to break the cold ice. Not wanting to communicate. Maybe this is due to the little gut I have to open my mouth or plainly want to avoid any conversation.

Best example of this is the barber. While the barber cuts my hair, she tend to speak a lot and ask me a lot of questions. I tend to answer in a very vague, short sentences in a soft voice.

Being an introvert is already a big disadvantage as no one will ever care about you. You are totally invisible in their eyes, well, at least in this school.

I guess it's a typical high school situation here, typical discrimination and stuff like that.

Obviously nearly everyone in high school is with a herd mentality and does not manifest the differences among each other. I am one that walks funny, talks tech and listens to weird music. Discriminated? Yes. They only come and talk to me if something regarding computers. Well, let's not talk about personality here. There was a video forum about personalities last week and I think my brain got messed up by that.

Even whenever I go out with my family, I always get looked at like I'm an alien with a mask of the cold blooded killer. They all look at me with a "do not want" face. Seriously people, GROW UP!

Let's compare and contrast, shall we?

In high school, everyone gave me the look, teachers ask me every time what happened to me. They all treat me differently as if I'm the black sheep. Obviously discriminated because of my leg by the looks.

In the university,people are more open minded and are much more understanding. They approach with a friendly manner and is easily sociable though I'm an introvert. That's the way I love it to be.

Yeah, now, thanks Ipoh people and St. Michael for making me such an emotionally strong person to ignore what others think or why others look at me.

2011 in review

Last 20 minutes of 2011 and I'm totally running out of time to type out the year in review.
Let me start off quick and simple.

First off - thank you everyone for making 2011 a BLAST!! The time before 6th of June was really sad, lonely and just plain boring. My high school life sucks so you know the aftermath.

Enrolling in MMU was doubtful. I always thought - do I belong here? Then I started to know a few people and it started growing. Eventually it started growing at a slower pace... but still growing as we speak. Thank you to FE01, FE02, FE03 and FE04 people! Currently in the <------- LARGEST -------> circle of friends in my class XD Well known in other classes too!

Love you all unconditionally!

Meeting a whole new set of people really got me thinking more and more about life, philosophy and society. I realise the problem within society these days, the imprisonment of oneself in the society's grasps. Not much can stand on their own again (metaphorically).

Kill the herd mentality, people! Following the mainstream is the worst thing anyone can do!

Secondly - friends have brought a whole new meaning to me. Maybe that's because I didn't realise or experience any of it back in high school, but it did occur to me now. I believe it's a good thing!!!

I don't think there's any other major thing happening in life. I do believe that the best things come in small packages, and collectively, a mountain of it!

Shall proceed to new year wishes (11.51pm now)

Preppy Droid - I wish that PD will grow within a manageable extend, proudly thanking my boss, Andrew Kok Sir Han.
A new phone. Mine just cracked about two days ago. Sad case, refer to my Facebook pictures under the album Gadgets.

Society - Please rethink what mainstream media is right now. It's disastrous!
World - Go green! Global warming is really, really messing us up!

Mid terms just passed!
Time to enjoy some games on my good ol' desktop!~ Feels good to be back!

Ain't it good to know... a famous phrase in the song "You've Got A Friend" by James Taylor.

Personally the I feel that this song does sound very direct and deep in emotion. The song itself is self-explanatory.

I love this song a lot. Pretty much describes my philosophy in friendship. Let me list out a few :
1. When nothing is going right --> Don't be emotional
2. They'll hurt you, and desert you --> Don't be tricked
3. Just call out my name, I'll come running --> Always providing a shoulder to cry on

I do think that a lot of points made in the song is really applicable to my philosophy. A very nice song portraying that such friend who does such a thing for you is very well appreciated.

Heck, I'd make that particular friend my best friend instantly!

When I do see any of them with any of the above listed things... it's quite a burden. For me, that burden is what makes you a friend to someone else, yet these aren't a burden to me as I voluntarily wish to rectify or soothe the situation. Might sound very cheesy too but that's the way I'd like it to be. As usual, no one can suit everyone and same goes to me. I do what is felt like is to be done. Barely even a burden.

Your family on the other hand, might be your burden. A cousin you have never met but is blood-related seeks a favour from you... what are you suppose to do? You have no idea about his personality, no idea about his background. All you know is that you both are blood-related.

Personally, I'd call the cousin to get off my life. As the lyrics of Insane Clown Posse's Juggalo Homies :

Wow, I can't believe these few days. Mid terms are coming soon yet I found all sorts of weird songs. Firstly I found Adya.

Most of you don't know who or what Adya is. The founder of project Adya is Adriaan Van Landschoot. He is the Radio Atlantis.

So what is project Adya? Quoted from their own YouTube biography

The name?

A lot of songs from them are really familiar, especially Carmen, which Habanera is the real name. That is brought to what we know now through an opera play called Carmen, which tells a story of a girl who loves a rich guy. The song Habanera was used in the song when she grieved about this situation~

Very interesting indeed. I get to learn classical music through modern mixes!

284th - Knowing myself further - the religious explanation

November 6th - day started off lazy, woke up near the afternoon (I take 12pm as the separation XD)

Progressed as usual... skipped breakfast, got lunch and went out (typical day in Ipoh for me). Went shopping with my younger sister, my mom and my aunt. I always go shopping with girls~ You can call me a fashion adviser I guess XD

Went to the boutiques at Ipoh Garden East to look at dresses for my eldest sister's wedding... saw a lot of weirdly designed clothing, some are nice and some are distinctive. Loved what I saw.

Shopping proceeded until we went into a rather new-looking boutique that requires us to take off our shoe.

Huh????? Okay...

Once I got in the store, there's a set of Alice In Wonderland-like chairs. Instantly sat on one. Can't resist! Sat there, Facebooked a little and then my aunt met someone there, had an extensive chat about other people which I overheard (I have sensitive ears).

My aunt's friend looks like she's in her 60's, knowledgeable and a very soft-going person. I just sat and smiled.

After a long chat, as the friend said she had to be going... they parted ways... but still in the same boutique.

As we made to the exit, the friend was still there and they talked again, this time with my mom along. Was not surprised on how my mom knew her though.

Then the question of how both my mom and my aunt knew her was answered.

It was related to me.

Turned out she's a heavily religious person who my mom brought me to her for consultation for a cure for this sexily intensifying leg of mine. If you do follow my posts then I assume you already knew that I have a leg problem, making me semi-handicap.

The chat goes on like this :

Mom : Oh you remember me?
Friend : .......?
Mom : I brought my son to you for consultation. The one who has leg problem and I told you there is one line on the left side of the scalp when the hair is short enough.
Friend : Oh I remember you! How is he doing with the leg?
Mom : Fine, studying in a university now. Had a surgery not long ago.
Friend : Oh, I guess that didn't cure?
Mom : Nope, didn't cure at all. Remember that you also referred him as the reincarnation of an emperor who chopped down a lot of people's leg and then got killed by the stroke on the head and reborn with the leg problem as karma? Also the kid who has 3 crowns (the spiral thing on the head/hair)
Me : *I wasn't surprised, I knew about this*
Friend : Yes, I remember. Did you go to the monk in Australia who I said that might be able to help him?
Me : *Confused, not knowing anything about this*
Mom : Nope. He does sometimes sit like an emperor though.
Sister : YES!
Friend : Oh, I guess that adds more validity to the reincarnation theory then.
Me : *WTF!*
Aunt : So I think we'll be going now. Bye!
*Leaves store*
Me : Do I really sit like an emperor sometimes?
Mom : Yes.
Sister : Definitely.

Turned out they say I sit like this frequently.

I definitely need confirmation on this. The next time anyone sees sitting this way... do tell.

Physically I'm not aware at all. I do need some confirmation these.

Ongoing writing on this blog does somehow rediscovered myself.

But anyway, I'm not a religious person so all these are a little absurd to me. Whichever it is, I have no choice but to believe it in the religious explanation to my leg.

I've been coping with this leg since young, I don't see why I can't cope even further~

My philosophy of my leg is totally different, though constantly shaking.

Blog, let's talk.
It's been a while since I last reflecting on some things.

Personal online blogs vs. diaries.
Era wise and technical-wise.

Back in the days diaries are plain words and pictures. These days... it's more complicated.
Back in the days diaries are something very private and not mean to be read by others. These days... it's an open diary. Anyone who found it, can read it.
Back in the days what we wrote was never judged. These days... what gets most of us running an open diary is feedback.
Back in the days writing our predicament on a piece of paper doesn't solve anything. These days... the feedback obtained is sometimes good and bad.
Back in the days we don't want anyone to pay attention on our diaries. These days... we even have "best blog" award.

I obviously state this bipolar statement as blogging does have its good and bad compared to diaries...
To elaborate , let's go deeper~ (Inception lol~)

1.Back in the days diaries are plain words and pictures. These days... it's more complicated.

No matter how much people would prefer traditional diary writing, it does affect on some of the issues you would like to share and to receive feedback.

2.Back in the days diaries are something very private and not mean to be read by others. These days... it's an open diary. Anyone who found it, can read it.

This is either good or bad, depending on your own judgment~ For me I think it's good if only my close friends come and visit. If you publicly found this then good job finding it. You'll never find anything interesting here XD. I can pour more private things into the blogosphere, yet remain anonymous among most of the people I know~

3.Back in the days what we wrote was never judged. These days... what gets most of us running an open diary is feedback.

Not having judgments at all really makes us unconscious about our writing style. Take it this way - writing in an open space for a very small audience with feedback enables 2 way communication. Makes it more interactive and able to improve our language.

4.Back in the days writing our predicament on a piece of paper doesn't solve anything. These days... the feedback obtained is sometimes good and bad.

How do I put this... there are flamers and supporters. Flamers swarm around the internet a lot, so be prepared at all times. Supporters are rare, but they sure do motivate you to continue. Mostly are friends, your true friends.

5.Back in the days we don't want anyone to pay attention on our diaries. These days... we even have "best blog" award.

This is the mind-boggling thing. Best blog award is like... the best diary award. Sharing your darkest secrets to the whole world is not a good idea, but of course releasing your darkest secrets somewhere is to release your mind from its prison... I guess you'll have to filter out a lot of things in order to obtain the best blog award? That won't be a diary at all.

That's my 2 cents on a comparison on the traditional diary and the present blogs~
I did this because the number of activity on blogs are REALLY low, especially when I saw the difference from 2 years ago and now. Just 2 years.

It's sad. Blogs are much more full-fledged in posts. Twitter is a mini-blogging service, Facebook is a .... very mixed and confused place, can't integrate exactly which media you want to include in.

When you're having some inconvenient spare time... the time that you have to spare but you can't do anything else as you're locked down in some situation? For example is when you're stuck in a conference which you have no relation with but you are FORCED to attend.

Then it struck you, boredom is there, you have your phone. You go Facebook with it.

You realise that it's boring. You sit there, relaxing. You then realise that your boredom is because of your brain is in active state.

While relaxing... you start to think of random things, often brainstorming with very good ideas in such state (at least for me XD)

For me... while I was driving today I thought of something while realising my legs are controlling the throttle and break. I'm your typical-looking guy from Ipoh, studying in MMU Cyberjaya now. Underneath that is thicker than all the holy bibles combined.

First to start off is that I do have leg problem. I admit. No way whining about that though I do always ask WHY ME a lot of times. If god does exist, is he implying karma on me? Is he saying that "Oh, there is a fixed number of people with certain specific disabilities, I think you can handle this well" and gave this to me? If not, still, WHY?

Thinking back I've been living in this state for already 18 years, 7 months and 28 days. Getting discriminated is already in my 'to be expected' list. I'm just happy that the worst part of my history never repeat itself in MMU.

I've been handling these questions well though it still dwells upon me.

Am I a handicap or not? - I am already in the grey area, I can take advantage of both sides. And I'm not that evil to do so, that's why I consider myself not a handicap.

I do feel sudden pain sometimes and I hope to have a wheelchair. - Many therapists say I can handle pain very well. Maybe of the passive pain of the leg that I'm already immune to?

All these questions~ They keep coming~

I did have one of these "sessions" earlier and I found the most understanding to be Michael. He's the only one that I think can understand and will be able to provide a proper answer. I told him and he said "take this as a test as something that will keep you moving on."

Firstly I'm happy that someone actually listened to me instead of me listening back. As since Form 4, I've been known as "the motivator". Not actually remembering why but now I do know that everyone needs to be heard sometimes.

Don't worry, I've been living in this condition for so long I'm sure I can survive in the years ahead. =)

That aside, the funniest part is now people always say that I'm gay with Michael. Please stop your childlike mentality. Being close to a person with the same gender doesn't make you gay. In fact I don't mind if I'm close with a homosexual. They're still humans. I am one too.

Being open minded really do solve a lot of conflicts in the world.

The colour of nature.

I find green to be a very beautiful colour.

Recently I found out that to Photoshop using a solid colour as the background to crop out the image, blue and red is just painful whereas green for one is soothing instead.

Everything happens for a reason. I guess that this even applies to the natural occurrence of colour. Most people do indeed see more green leaves on land rather than red blood or blue ocean. I do take green as a colour of happiness. Its beaut cannot be explained.

I know it's weird to post about something like this but what I realise about the colour green is just fascinating and wonderful for me. I have to share it.

Tour de la one-small-part-of-PJ

I've been to PJ a few times and I have to say the more I explore the area of PJ, the more I love it~

The environment there is totally different. It's like the whole scheme to build a city has totally changed for the better. It's impressively different, eye-catching and indeed relaxing.

Though the roads are very bumpy (yes, the roads are screwed up), the sidewalk is really polished and I can assure you that it's even better than most parts of KL. The buildings are like Puchong's, upgraded and refined.

The other day's tour was to Kota Damansara.

Each time you take the highway, you'll pass by the Kota Damansara's Giant. It's so hard to miss.

The other day's tour was specifically to Aman Suria... looking for a supplier that is. Turned out to be a discovery tour too. Literally a discovery tour. Too bad I didn't bring my camera with me though.

Yes, Murni Discovery.

I've never been to Murni SS2 before XD Thought that this might give me an idea of how Murni SS2 would be. It's far different from what people told me about Murni SS2 though~

I'm just really loving PJ a lot~ Hope that I'll be there next time instead of weeping at some forever alone place. KL is too packed, other places are too secluded, PJ is just fine in my opinion~

Tour de le KL~

I never recalled walking that much in my life.

Wake up in the morning feeling like a zombie at about 7.15 AM, loitered around the house till about 8.20 before I got to the journey to the university LOL.

Reached the place we're supposed to meet up at 8.30 AM at 8.45 AM, yet I'm not the latest XD

Got to the bus station, waited a while and then the bus came and we went to Putrajaya Central, then on with Rapid KL to Pasar Seni. There are... so many wholesale shops there selling plushes and phone accessories all those stuff.

I'm not surprised much, the place was hectic!

Asking for prices around there and walked all the way to Times Square and then to Kenanga... During the journey, my friends said my face was red. Do I have high blood pressure, doesn't have enough exercise or just perspire too heavily? Weather problem? Then back from Kenanga to Times Square - but with a taxi. Hung a while and then gone back~

I'm surprised how people are surprised that I can walk that much. Yes, my leg problem is delaying the journey as I can't walk fast and please don't talk about running. I also found out that my legs can actually walk a long journey, but my hip is the one that causes all the problems.

Another is that my friends say I shuffle when I walk. Last time my friend did say that I walk like I'm dancing and now I'm shuffling...

That's two things added to my know-myself list. Mysteries still ensures though.

There's actually 3 achievements today. First time (and please be the last) to Pasar Seni, first time with public transports and also the first time not paying for public transport. LOL. Yeah, I just got up the bus like a boss.

Overall was a magnificent, memorable and hateful journey. Kenanga sucks, KLIA Express is nice and overall the journey was just awesome. A lot of memorable things and also chats in the journey itself. Me gusta!

Holidays coming to an end...

Yeah, holidays already ended by the time I post this. As I'm typing this, it's 11:55 PM, 5 minutes to Monday.

A short update here - what did I do during my holidays? My 3-week holiday

I did read a lot of articles (mainly tech anyway), posted a lot of things on Preppy Droid - even covering for Apple's recent keynote live till about 3.30 AM, wrote one (only one lol) new lyric. I do need to get on the chords. Without it I can't do anything. Lyric-writing is totally freestyle.

Read The Science Of Getting Rich - you probably knew if you visited :P

Not quite a reader here, I read things slow and steady to ensure that I do understand the sentences. Few pages and I'm already sleepy lol. I have to say, reading that book on my laptop is a pain in the ass.

Learned a little bit of Java for Android. Basically it's not much difference from Visual Basic. You design your layout, link it to the class then in each class, define each of the button in the design with specific actions. Interesting enough there's a thing called "manifest" which controls which launches first, how it is launched and so on. The Android ecosystem is so wide that you can write apps in Java or C++ with various APIs! The codes are still fuzzy to me. I only watched about 17 videos out of the total 200... Still grateful that I started to watch them.

Then I followed my sister out for a whole afternoon to learn more about photography. It was a great chance that I am glad and grateful to be able to follow. Got a lot of ideas on how to really take a great photo. Angles are very subjective, but the pretending part is really hard if you want to get a really good shot with a subject in it. Another things is to do whatever it takes to get a shot you want. Absolutely no fear. My sister and the photographer went in the stopped train, sat at the railing's side and went up a bridge connecting both sides of the station just to get a shot. Overall a very great experience indeed!

That's my holiday for 3 weeks. I think it's well spent.

And it's already 12.10 AM. Posting this and sleeeeeeeep. A great day to start a brand new semester ahead!

That was how the book's slogan went. I did read about The Secret, The Power and now this. Both of them are by Rhonda Bryne and she, the author, got her mind changed by reading The Science Of Getting Rich. Interesting...

As what I always want to rant about, last year after my exam I laid out so many tasks to be done within the period of my 6 months holiday after SPM and before university. Turned out I did almost none. Regretted like mad. No matter what, the past can't be fixed and it makes me who I am today.

To be honest I'm not much of a reader and I kept this book for nearly a year now??? Soft copy by the way. This book goes on again like what *most* of the ideas are obtained by The Secret and The Power, though The Science Of Getting Rich elaborates more on dos and don'ts with some extensive notes and some good-to-know things.

The book is pretty short, 79 pages of A4 paper (if I'm not mistaken) and a pretty good read.

Such things are controversial, I know.

I did somehow learn that you can never fix someone, but you can sooth someone to take off some heat/burden/pressure/tide to let them fix themselves by advising or just simply listening to their problems.
Never attempt to fix them by forcing them to go your way~

Side note - I finally get to know where to use light/flash diffusing technique for photo taking. Very crucial indeed, especially when you only have one flash source.

Holidays coming to an end~

Semester break and I have 3 weeks break. Now I only have about 4 days left. I'm actually looking forward to the next semester to be honest, I'm just bored these days during the break. What can I say... Ipoh is boring.Got into learning Java a little for Android programming with 200 videos for tutorials. Interesting yet frustrating because I've yet to master it. Love it though.

Bought another Android figurine, this time it's the vanilla cupcake. Specifically bought this because of the smell! It makes me high on drugs.

Just smells SO nice!

Really got into instrumental music, remixes and even classical. A song by Luciano Michelini called Frolic is soothing yet catchy. Love it!

Holidays are really bored and I did write another song... this time it's about how people tend to search for a group that they are meant for, but the journey is pointless because the answer is right in front of us all the time.

Then I realise that every song I wrote is more from my personal life experiences and my philosophy. Interesting way to learn about myself because I wrote what I was thinking but without my knowing. And they all don't have a title name.

To summarize a few things before going on to the grandfather story,
1. About 4k gone for first semester (wow, and it's considered cheaper than many other universities!)
2. Met a lot of new people and got close to a circle of friends
3. People here are more civilized than those in SMI last time
4. Reminded me why computer classes are retarded (even in high school)

That said, let's go to the details

For the first one is pretty self-explanatory anywayFor second one... well people here are more cooperative and understanding too. The other day I posted about taking a class photo together and the next thing you know I was the one getting reminded about the class photo lol. Got close friends, hangs and chats a lot with. Can call them my homies already lol.Thirdly... well it's pretty messy when it comes to the explanation
To make things short, let's just say that I had a pretty bad time with the people in SMI. If you did read my past posts, I did describe briefly why. Let's get into the details.My life in SMI was rather bored. For all 11 years in SMI, either I'm in front of my computer (99% I am), tuition (only Form 4 and 5) or school. My socializing skills suck? Doubt so. Discriminated? Maybe. Didn't fit in because of my style? Most probably.For all these while I like being me, hard to describe "me" and my style unless you get to know me personally though. As far as I can see, my past SMI people are weird too. Somehow they're all shying away and not admitting it. It's who we are, why avoid at the first place?
I feel more accepted and I also get to know many other people with "weirdness" and interest in geek tech like me lol. Have to say I'm happier here than in SMI. Did you ever went anywhere where people actually care to chat with you when you're the stealth one in the circle of friends? For most of the time I was the invisible one in SMI!

Another thing is that Jered is leaving MMU and going Penang to take Law... good luck to him and I'm gonna miss him though I don't know him even that he's from SMI too lol. We never spoke in high school.

Lastly... basic computer knowledge/skill classes are still retarded for me, especially those with textbooks. It's outdated as hell and "lucky" for me, the textbooks has a lot of errors, misleading explanation and incorrect facts which I have to follow. Damn! I have to give up my hobby for this! I'm happy that I don't have to give a fuck about this now.

I guess that's it for now. Don't think there's anything more to post for now. Last time when Blogger was first hot there were a lot of "tagging" games that tells you do to answer few lists or categories of questions without lie and then tag other bloggers to do it. I kinda miss those days. Wish we could have that back now. People who used to blog have now moved to Twitter, Facebook or G+. I don't see any of them to really overcome a proper blog though. and that's the reason I came back to reboot my blog.

Ah, haven't made a post about games long enough to make a comeback.
Sure you might say "Oh, another game" and yes, it is another game. Indie game.

You see - as time passes with high end console games, it gets more and more shittier. Well I did enjoy Portal 2. The game speaks for itself, it's so awesome that I want more of it. Got into electronic songs remixes because of the game. How can you ever hate on it? Same goes to Super Meat Boy. I love that game.

I wish I could bring back the days where games used to be fun, challenging and more interactive in terms of the story and also the gameplay.
Games nowadays are just mindless shooting, repetitive gameplay and mostly all are ripoffs with a just a little difference that you can barely notice.

Seriously? I like Portal, Mirror's Edge, the first Star Wars : The Force Unleashed and DiRT. COD is still alright, though quite unbearable at times.

Crysis is just overrated G.I. Joe and the gameplay is certainly bad. When games are designed to let the player to far superior than the enemies, it's just not fun like SW:TFU 2. Starkiller is just too powerful in the second one. It sucks. No challenge.

At least spice up the mindless shooting. Indie games FTW! Fresh new ideas and gameplays ALL the time.

Anyone who saw me and talk about religion might think that I'm ignoring that topic.

Why am I doing this? Please, when I first got into MMU the religion fanboys attacked me few times in groups. For me, my attackers were the Chinese Society Club that got me hard a few times (bad choice for attacking me) and also the Christianity club (or something like that). Too tired to rant about it then, since it's semester break now, it's perfect.

Skip this if you don't wanna know about what I think. Might be offensive to you or it might be an eye opener (I'm flattered).

To those who don't want to know or don't want to read, PLEASE GET OFF of this post.

Atheist or a fanboy avoiding trouble talking about it. I do talk about it only when the time, place and situation direly needs it to be talked about.

I could care less about the unnecessary things and superstitious hokum. Ravaging war between the Roman great scientists and Christianity in the past, all because of this.

People say God created humans by his own image. Truth to be told, I find the stories in bible and all the mythologies a little funny and absurd. If humans were made by his image, why do we all have different faces? And if not different faces, different bodies. Unless cloned, which is essentially still you.

Cutting everything else, how can a snake speak to humans? How did Adam and Eve communicate with each other? I wouldn't care about communicating with the snake first. That said, I still trust that evolution comes from the smallest form of organism. Like the food chain, the smallest in size are at the bottom with countless amount whereas the largest in size are the least in numbers. Comes the thought that evolution is once again obeying the laws of the universe and is never absurdly cutting queues.

Science has once again made it's point with logical facts. Not saying that I'm an atheist still, I do believe in existence of a creator that made everything so detailed without failure. Science has yet to discover the whole universe and beyond, yet limited by the number of years that the Big Bang happened multiplied by the speed of light to get the estimated maximum diameter (assuming Big Bang is spherical) of the universe. What if there is something faster than the speed of light that is beyond our measures? That would change the course of humanity. If God does help or show me something, I'm only believing God as a talisman that is always inside and by my side all the time then God will always be referred as "me", "myself" and "I".

Religion gets even more irrelevant when Mormons come about. No interest to talk about that other than the founder allegedly claimed that he found a piece of God's stuff in his backyard and no one else can see it. Absurd yet true. Humanity.

Speaking of irrelevant religion, if you ever read about a book The Secret by Rhonda Brynes you'll know that's absurd. Think about it rationally and you'll say it's still describing what I believe religion is. God is inside you, God is you. Having faith in yourself boosts confidence, thus having more will power. In my opinion, some of the context in the book are just self-stabbing though.

Who wants to read this book? I can lend it to you but then I have to tear out a lot of pages describing crap out of the book first.

The truth that I believe in is - education has come a long way to teach you to seek what or who you are, who or what or which believe in. Religion acts like a guideline to seek yourself. Eventually if you explore more and know more, you'll partially or fully doubt your own religion that you first believe in and started going bipolar or tripolar by just believing in more religions.

That's enough ranting on this sensitive issue, I meant to offend no one as I did state that to those who don't want to know or don't want to read, please get off of this post.

To those who read and disagreed or want to make me a religion person, no thanks. I am what I am, I believe in what I believe in. Here's a song for you. Specially for you.

Yes, a "new" layout. Thanks to my itchy hands I tampered with the CSS coding and without surprise, I screwed up the aspect ratios pixels. Reworked it to incorporate the new (I never been to the website on a desktop till recently) user friendly designer of the layout.

How'd you like my new super big header picture? I know it looks fake like plastic surgery. Photoshopped, laptop is not mine, my table is wooden but has the groove and also the table had no craft of my name on it. Reason why? I don't have proper equipment to take such photo and I don't have a camera that offers this clarity.

Anyway I'm on my sem break now. Have to study yet I have to finish up all my stuff and whatnot. Damn I miss the people already.

I realized one thing strange recently. It's like every elder guy has a favourite child's educational show. I did somehow came across Yo Gabba Gabba! last year while listening to a podcast by Android Central, but then this year the memes of My Little Pony just blasted out from nowhere and flooded everywhere.

For me though, my favourite is not My Little Pony. Have a look. Though the sound quality is bad...

I got a part of the class gone crazy about this last year LOL.

Speaking of such events, I did influence my class last year with some very distinctive words that only circulated around my class.

In life, not everything changes. I did brought forward the influential virus to MMU and applied it to internet memes. What else can I do right?

It started when something in the class that sparked this whole thing. Something to do with the word jelly.
At first no one knew what a meme was. Everyone knew nothing about them. Soon I showed them more and more, everyone used it.
They first said it's gay, whatever. Eventually everyone began to say "U JELLY?", "U MAD?" and "PROBLEM?"

I guess that's all for now. Damn, the blogosphere used to be so hectic and fast. Nowadays it's nothing but an escargot waiting to be served as an exotic meal to Google's account. In laymen's term, either this division being sold, integrated to something else or closed entirely.

You might think I'm a hipster, but no. This is something that EVERYONE and ANYONE can see when you meet me. It's something obvious.

I'm talking about my leg.

I usually don't talk about myself at all but it seems like there are a lot of people I know that didn't ask me about it. Some did, but the question sets the moment to total awkwardness and it just kills the mood like a nuclear bomb. I have to let the complete uncovered truth out.

Anyway, since I did find out that my leg makes many people think what happened because it's too hard to ask, don't be scared. I'll tell you all about it that I know. Nothing to hide.

In fact, I'm going to tell now.

A delayed birth on 6th of March 1993. I was forced to be in my mother's womb for a longer period of time due to the lack if presence of doctors. I was suppose to come out earlier. Then that delayed period of time have me a permanent brain damage, literally. I do think that doctors and nurses knew about this on that day.

I grew up living this way, falling down a lot or just being clumsy lol. I always trip on myself because of my right leg, even now.

I have a small case of cerebral palsy, which affected the part of the brain that controls my right leg by a little. Yes it might seem very drastic but I've seen worse.

I had 2 surgeries before, one when I was at 2 or 3 and another when I was 14. According to my mom I can't walk even at the age of 2 or 3. Both surgeries were tendon lengthening, while the first one was at some part and both Achilles' heel and the second one was only for my right leg's Achilles' heel.

I got most of the extensive information about myself )literally learning about yourself) from a doctor that asked my mother about the full details of what happened exactly on my time of birth during my medical check up for MMU. All thanks to my mom's question to the doctor about the cures for my leg.

I've been living third way for 18 years and beyond. What makes you think that I'm still denying to live in this state? A cure would be nice though. Till now I can't really control my right leg's spasms at random times and also I can't run yet my stability is totally funky. Not sure if swimming is good for me too.

Alright so that's about all me. I posted it in blog instead of anywhere else as my blog has now been forgotten and about few inches of dust has settled down. Somehow my friends in MMU first asked if I have a license for handicapped drivers or not. A funny assumption but I don't blame them for that conclusion.

So please now don't ask me about my leg in front of me. It just makes the situation awkward.

And no, this is not self pity or me begging for pity. This is just the truth and fact.

Before I forget - I thank you all my friends for not discriminating me for having such a leg. I truly appreciate it.

Songs these days have heavily modified pronunciation of words. Are they really that bad in English or just can't/too lazy rhyme the words?
Some songs are motivational or heavy in emotion, like it's speaking to your inner self. It's so good that you just feel an ice cold chill down your spine. Given songs are that influential, why are we fed with such crappy music these days?

Avril Lavigne's What The Hell is a good modern type of song that is heavy in emotion. Even Lady Gaga's Born This Way is. They both possess a message that is being sent through a song that has been made into generic pop music style.

Yes I admit I do listen to oldies these days. Reflect back on what songs used to be like. You Don't Have To Be A Star by Marilyn McCoo and Billy David Jr, Can't Touch This by MC Hammer, Butterfly by Crazy Town. Not exactly that old, but then it's just so chilling and nice.

No one takes control of what you listen to, only yourself. Music is an art, why lock yourself to the radio or your particular friend? Explore, listen to what's good and what's not. Everyone has a different and distinctive taste.

Classics are just classics to one's preference, no matter how old or how new a song is to you, it's still your a choice of yours to consider it as a classic or not.

The true thing about an art is that there is no solid yes or a solid no towards it.

Just feel the song.

Old vs. new : the risk

Changes. Easier way to put it as an example here. Changing from one situation to another one and settling on it might be a big deal for most people. I understand, you can't afford to give up what you already have in your comfort zone.

Assuming that you have no choice but to give up what you have and start anew like how people finish high school and then split up from each other and start a new journey ahead, it's quite a risk to either end up in a situation much worse than before or ending up in a situation of your cup of tea. New life is exciting yet a skeptical one.

I did quite a lot of memorable things before and after. I dismantled a laptop. The HP dv2. The design’s impracticality screws the graphic card. In other words it actually un-soldered the graphic card itself.

So I got this on my desk and told me to do something about it.

Soldering by hair dryer. Failed. I have no special tools.

My niece. She’s a fast learner.

Somehow my aunt’s shop’s phone guy (right beside) asked if I could take up a phone to install Chinese language pack on it. To my surprise it was a HTC Touch.

Driving in the rain is not fun.

Super Meat Boy!

YES It’s Super Meat Boy! This game is hard as heck, even a chapter is called Hell in this game. I guess a couple of pictures won’t spoil the gameplay right? Still, spoiler alert!

Somehow I enjoy indie games much these days. I found that Black Ops is rather boring. Go out there, shoot few dudes, get surrounded, shoot more and level complete! Rinse and repeat for about… 12 times? I don’t know, I haven’t even finished the game yet.

Getting started.

Looks lame? Think again.

For the introduction, you are a boy made out of meat (I don’t know how to put that) and you have a girlfriend called Bandage Girl. She loves you and you love her, typical story. Then there’s Dr.Fetus who is jealous of Meat Boy because he’s forever alone and nobody likes him. So he beat you up and kidnaps your girlfriend away. You just have to save your girlfriend.

Gameplay is rather simple. It’s a platform jumping game. The challenge comes when it’s filled with chainsaws, instant death spots, super long jump, etc. just made the elements of surprise being present at all times.

There are multiple characters which some need to be unlocked via Warp Zones that could be found throughout the game or just plainly collecting bandages. Each character have their own special attribute. Meat Boy has speed.

You play on “light side” which is necessary to have 17 out of 20 levels to be completed per world to get to the next world. There is this optional time-critical objective that gets you a Grade A for each level. When you do achieve it, you’ll get to play the “dark side” of the world which is very much harder and complicated.

This is from a level in the world “Hell”, light side.

It might look impossible, but as I said the game’s mechanism is made just right. You CAN beat the game with only Meat Boy alone. The jumping length/duration, the time needed/taken/required are all made and meant for Meat Boy alone. Other characters can still beat the game, but might be harder, impossible or prohibited on some levels, such as boss levels.

The level looks impossible, but you can beat the game. No problem on that.

Some jumps just look ridiculous, but yes you can pass the chainsaws.

As this game really requires faith in what you can do, it does test on your skills too.

The jump is possible, just leap away from the building and stick back to the building above the chainsaw. Not impossible.

There are enemies too. Those white slugs are just constantly moving blobs. That red face though, chases to eat you alive. Dropping into those white things will cause death too =(

Time to show off some impossible jumps of the game.

You need to leap through the gap between the chainsaws from the left wall to the right wall to get up. This is on the dark side of the first world.

After playing this game for hours, I’ll have to vote this game the hardest game. Seriously.

Don’t mind this anyway.

Someone made a comic which I think it’s true. I don’t know how many times I died in the game. Perhaps 600?? I guess it’s more than that.

It speaks the truth.

Did I mention that this game is a game of faith? Have trust in yourself that you can make it through the impossibilities, and eventually you will. I got past majority part of the game and I'm enjoying it. I barely got through half of Black Ops. Seriously.

Then there's the USNA-95. It's a power brick for your laptop. Simple enough.

This thing is much smaller than any other laptop power bricks. Those are like a size of a brick but this is just like a larger iPhone. In medium load out gets up to 90% efficiency. Totally awesome and green. It has a discrete USB port to charge your devices too. I'm gonna do an unboxing video on this babe.

The Power Fort already made my problems with phone batteries a breeze and now the USNA-95 would make traveling so much easier. I'll use this for sure when I got my own laptop =D

It's just awesome how Google's cloud computing services are free, and only supported by ads. Now with Android, they earn through the Market, like Apple does.Studies shown that Apple App Store has about 20% of free apps, whereas Google Android Market has about 60% of free apps. I can't deny the fact, even Angry Birds is free for its first final build for Android.

Oh I'm back to Mac OS X again. Might be temporary. And there's Mac OS X 10.7 coming out, possibly the Lion.

Just read The Power. Great book. Strangest time is that I read the book when I sleep with this thing.

It's just a piece of clear plastic with light coming out from the side. Simple yet effective.

A little news on the Acer Liquid E. Running on a custom ROM on Android 2.1 Eclair. Super stable, higher sensitivity and also battery conserving. It's good IMO.
Waiting for Android 2.2 FroYo, either official with the Acer Stream UI or just Cyanogen Mod with their awesome tweaks and features =D. Overclocking is also made possible with custom ROMs with custom kernels.

Launcher Pro on 2nd page. 3rd page is my main =P

Custom ROMs are awesome, they have a sorts of tweaks, music mod that enabled gesture controls, faster and much more longer battery life. Cyanogen Mod is the far most impressive one. I used it for a while, downgraded due to stability issues with the camera and GPS, has an option for menu button for unlock, music controls on lock screen, compcache personalization, options if you wanna have your home always in your RAM or not, and much more.

Cyanogen Mod is the far most awesome ROM of all times on Android. A thumbs up, and something worth the recognition.

Review of the phone is coming out real soon =D. I'm really happy that Android has integrated so many functions on Android. Syncing is a breeze, it synced with Facebook, Twitter and also Gmail. By syncing contacts, you can have your display pictures of contacts from Facebook, email and Facebook account information and Twitter name on the particular contact itself, and synced on Gmail. Losing your contacts is not a problem not =D.

Well that's all for now, I might be showing off and promoting Android/Google a lot, but I think that Android is more for my use though. Sorry Apple iPhone. Sorry Windows Phone 7 that doesn't have copy and paste feature and launching apps that takes few minutes each.

After wasting my time reinstalling Windows Live Writer that is a shame in uninstalling, I finally did it and downgraded to a stable version thanks to Handy Uninstaller!

Well a short update here, my niece got shaved bald lol.

She’s sleepy actually.

She slept in like about 5 minutes after lol.

She head is really clear!

Phones, phone, phones. They come and go everyday, even the one you’re using (yes iPhones and Androids too). Whatever that is, there’s always one phone that has the biggest bang for your bucks based on your own personal choice.

I found mine and got it.

I actually wanted to do a full review on this, but my allocated time was consumed just to fix this Live Writer. Anyway I’ll try to go through more with the phone first before reviewing. Till now, I love it!

By the way, Windows Phone 7 does not support Internet tethering, clipboard and true multitasking.

Seriously? Both Android and iPhone had it long ago.

Holidays are coming to an end. Should I be grateful? Maybe, I’m already losing part of myself just sitting around. Got a few tasks to do after the holidays back at school for homeboys.

As always, I’m quite lazy to post updates these days. Feels so demotivated.

Got a flash drive for my aunt. It looks stylish and awesome!

Jailbroken my cousin brother’s iPhone 3G S. It’s a second hand phone, using iOS 4.0.2 which only fixed the PDF exploit back at iOS 4.0.1.

Downgraded, jailbroken, patched the exploit and used it for few hours. Still, my heart isn’t for the iPhone.

Yet…

It fits!

Then I cleaned my rig. Finally, after 9 months!

Went KL for a day on Tuesday. Didn’t really enjoy it much though.

Yes, Hari Raya is today actually. Well I bet some of you are bored. There’s quite a few updates recently.

Firstly, I got my driving license *at last!*. I’m still a coward . I don’t dare to drive out yet. Well, getting my license means I can wake up late on Sunday mornings again, don’t have to go round that 3 roads that I keep forgetting the way and my instructor’s complaints and words that he speaks so softly even his own tongue can’t hear (if it has ears).

Why are you so great?

Well, before I end this post I would like to announce the death of the HTC Touch Elfin I’d been using for about 7 or 8 months now. The battery got pregnant and it’s nowhere to be found in retail shops, asked the official HTC group on Facebook without reply yet.

Next phone I’m getting will not be a Windows Mobile phone for sure. Totally the worse experience of phones is with WinMo. It lags very much, consumes battery like a great white shark.

I’m aiming on the Acer Liquid E actually. The phone is totally a kickass one with the price, but is still expensive for me. I’m using a Sony Ericsson w800 while waiting for the price of this babe to drop since it was only released on August.

The more I see, the more I love this phone.

I’m back! Not by swinging from my hip that is, my backbone is killing me these days. It’s from a song, 00 Gringo by Urban Delights. A funky song I must say.

SPM Trials just past for a day, and I’m like a free bird now. I never felt so care free.

First off, being an uncle now. Yes. My sister-in-law gave birth and is now a mother to a baby girl. Gabrieanne Yap Xin Yee.

Next up is a lame one. My brother actually plays Starcraft II.

It’s so lame!

I actually went into a wine house with my mom. To my surprise, the place is cozy and I find it really pleasant.

There’s this line of crack that enables all water to get in. This thing squeezes fillers out. It did the job magically.

That leads me to today. Trials are over, being care free by celebrating my joy with a DSLR borrowed from my cousin brother. He got a UV filter and a +4 macro filter, both for about RM60, which I can’t believe! It’s so cheap! So I got around and objectwhoring. It’s a macro filter, who wouldn’t snap close-ups?

Yup, 5Hv2 got a new companion, the iPod Nano 2nd Gen.

This player might be old, but it still does its job pretty long lasting with a single charge.

Well I better go sleep now, it’s already 12.30a.m. and I have to jump out of the bed early to get to KL tomorrow! Should be posting again real soon!

First off, I’m now officially an uncle. Yeah, I’m old and this is awkward =|. Anyway the blogging has to continue! My cousin came over with his Macbook Pro with a pink Speck.

Went to Parkson today and there is this new shop called ITWorld. It’s more like a copy of Machines (KL’s Mac retail shop). Went in and there’s a Macbook White. That was the first time I saw a Macbook White. I realized that it has more curves on the White instead of the Pro, but less power and more dust collection on the White too.

Then comes a jewelry box from my mom.

Yes, the gayness, I know.

Well at first when my mom handed it over to me, I denied her offer but hesitated for a moment and took my words back. I had ideas that even I facepalmed.

Yeah I traded the Zen my elder sister gave me with the 2nd generation iPod Touch with 2GB. Worth the trade thanks to iTunes’s features that works only on an Apple product.

As for the jewelry box, it just couldn’t get gayer than this.

I tested Chromium OS! Somehow the whole OS is really really lightweight and it’s really just the Chrome browser interface itself.

My elder sister came back from KL due to homesick (I think) and I jailbroke her iPhone 3G to iOS 4.0.1. Everything worked out fine and she says it’s faster and more energy efficient too.

Restored the downloaded iOS 4.0.1 and used redsn0w to get the jail broken.

Don’t ask. Just let it be.

And a smooth process it was.

Being class monitor of my class is kinda frustrating. I can’t speak up directly to the office, even if I did, they’re not gonna do anything about it.

Like last week, from Monday right after recess till Friday, there’s no electricity in a few classes. I can’t do anything about it but to suggest a few ways that were ignored. Last resort – brought my own manual fan to school. Fell sick after that -_-

At the last weekend of this holidays, both my sisters came back lol. Forced my second sister to format her Toshiba Satellite to Windows 7 for longer battery life.

Holidays are coming to an end, and yet I still haven’t finish my Add Maths project. One question, which I think is totally weird since this task is given FOR the holidays, is to estimate the volume of the school library. How are we gonna go get the volume during holidays?

Holidays… Spent my first week at home much, not really productive till the last 3 days I suppose, finished up Modern Mathematics. Couldn’t stand with unfinished maths in front of me.

16 graphs, 8 transformation questions and some on linear inequility graphs or something.

Can’t stand WM6.1. The volume sensitivity is too low. Annoyance. Sacrifice battery life for a few more features, kinetics scrolling and stuff, to WM6.5.

Blog is finally getting an update~

Well yeah, been away for about 2 months plus now. Busy with all sorts of stuff. Exams, stress, tension and 24 hours a day isn’t enough. Oh yeah, I earned by first 20 bucks too.

Somehow I got it semi-dried and plugged it in, nothing works, then having a lot of water vapour formed on the internal shell of this flash drive, and then later this drive worked again!

Re-Mac'd

Been into a lot of problems and very busy lately. Have to finish up school stuff, do my duty, maintain the class, etc. and it's tiring.
Well thanks to my boredom at home, I decided to reMac - only this time a SATA HDD instead of a PATA HDD. It worked greatly.

Re-Mac'd! iDeneb v1.6 10.5.8 Lite Edition. Having more than enough kexts there.

Well, is anyone interesting in gaming with a Mac? STEAM has already begun to have games in Mac OS, so even Mac users can enjoy games. Some of you might think, "Oh a Mac. PC > Mac in terms of gaming". Actually no. I played Heroes of Newerth in both OS, Windows 7 Ultimate and Mac OS X Leopard. On Windows, HoN only has AF x16 max, whereas on a Mac, AF x32 is the max. Amazingly HoN on a Mac also has the feature to disable the Exclusive Mode for the game. This enables Mac players to user Spaces, minimizing to the Dock and also SizzlingKeys to control iTunes.

Don't blame me for this picture lol, HoN for Mac itself has problems with the water ripples.

KL Trip on 13th March!

Well I haven’t been to KL for quite some time now. So we planned a trip to KL. I already got a short shopping list up my sleeve… Guess what? My hard disks are already full. So…

My first item is a hard disk. I wanted to get a hard disk with high performance and also large capacity. So it came down to either Samsung Spinpoint F3 or the Western Digital Caviar Black.

Went to Lowyat Plaza, walked nearly an hour to all the shops finding the Spinpoint F3. No luck. Till when I was about to give up, I entered Compuzone. And there it was, the Spinpoint F3. Grabbed it without hesitating.

My used mice are a little troublesome. A wireless one that consumes the whole battery in just a blink of an eye and another one that has a faulty roller ball.

Anyway back to the topic.

Right before heading out from home.

Then we reached to the KL crib, and realized we didn’t take the keys along. So I took a lot of random shots.

Yeah yeah, I know I didn’t update for a long time. Freaking long to be precise. Been quite busy with some troublesome things, and also lazy :P.

Well for Chinese New Year(I know, a month ago), we fried arrowheads and also some traditional Chinese food. This is what we did on Chinese New Year.

Why I Like It Longer

Yeah, it felt like it has been forever since I updated my blog, like two months? Well here’s a post. Uber long. Too many things happened, and the beginning part is kinda unrelated. So skip till the first picture

The main reason why I didn’t update is mostly because of my brother’s wedding. It helped me to understand a lot of things.

Anyway before proceeding to the long post, here’s the link to my brother’s wedding pictures. Congratulations to them! They wed on the 7th of February. Enjoy yourselves. Thanks to my cousin brother for lending me his Nikon D60 =D

Anyway the main thing is, in terms of a longest journey one can experience, is life itself. Thinking about the future of myself looking back to the past. The good times my friends and I had together. I want to treasure that. So yeah I did. On a Saturday school day.

Well yeah, I studied at St. Michael’s since primary school and this will most probably be my last year here. I want to make this year a good memory to be kept in me.

Picture of your alma mater is a must, no? Without it, you probably won’t even meet your friends!

The school was built on 1912 by the way. Two years more and this building is a hundred years old!

Well as far as I realize, the journey is long. Memories are gained along the way. The longer the memory lasts, the better it gets. Just like all the classical songs in the world.

The usual morning view I have a look at nearly every day from my place.

On the other side, it’s like nature’s heaven there.

I just imagine how great it is to feel back the old memories when I’m long way past this checkpoint in my journey. It feels confusing yet enjoyable.

Friendship. A great thing in life, yet can be turned around into our enemy. Making friends is a long step, but turning friends into enemies is only a snap away. I want to treasure my friends. Just try to make as less friends as possible. Nobody is perfect, so at least try to be perfect, no?

Well the biggest reason for that Saturday school is because of some gotong-royong that requires us to wrap the table in plastic sheets. And thus my assistant monitor in action!

Apart of doing all those, I was actually a monitor back when I was in Form 1, and yet I am “elected” as a monitor too. Well I’m glad to be a monitor somehow. Don’t know why, just feels great. Maybe because this might be my last year in school, so I shall serve as much as I can??

To start off a new post after a few weeks without any updates at all, I finally find the purpose of my SteelSeries 5Hv2.

Well, it is quite big, but what the heck =D

I still love my rig. Cleaned it, and still happy with it =D

Still love to eat the Sang Mee that my mom’s friend cooks.

Yeah, racing game. Somehow when I played DiRT 2, I find it more enjoyable than playing GRID or Forza Motorsport. It seems that I enjoy the bumps and the sliding maneuver. On a circuit. it’s really quite boring though, but on rally… the crests and troughs really gets you going.

The game had been famous for its variation in missions. I loved it too. A blizzard is covering your sight, but your gun is with a heartbeat sensor.

Then again, the variation within the game is really good.

Rig cleaning – last time for 2009 =D

Yeah, 2009 is about to end in just about nine hours! This time though, I cleaned with a completely different method this time.

Instead of washing the whole fan by drowning it in water, I used a cotton buds, tissues and also lot of cups of water. Trust me, you’ll be needing that 8D

Firstly, some updates 8D

Removed all ODD bay plates.

Well for this time I cleaned the rig without taking much pictures. Much likely because I’m already having a headache about the big cleaning thing.

I actually stripped the HAF 932 to bare metal

Doesn’t look pretty at all =|

When I looked back into the casing… Dusts… raping over my components.

First off is the my Sunbeam CCF. Clogged!

Places least expected to be dominated with dusts – raped!

Even the little air vents for the HDD at the side panel is with dust!

Removed my HAF 932’s top I/O panel too.

Wires – like tentacles!

Well even the fans are dominated! Cleaning wasn’t easy this time.

Prepared as how I said just now – a cup of water (often renewed), tissues, lots of cotton buds and also a lot of patience and effort.

I took this during my short break =|

Wiping unreachable yet big pile of dusts with cotton bud was easy. The reason for the cup of water is to dip one side of the bud in the water and use the tissue to absorb excess water, then wipe the dust and finally dipping the side of the bud with dust into the water again and shaking the dust off.

Eventually you’ll use a lot of buds since the cotton just go soft, and swim along with the dust =|

Okay, enough with the random photos. To start off… I sleeved all the small little wires connecting to the top I/O panel.

And I can’t believe that the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FS15 can take such good images with clearly visible DoF.

First wipe. Imagine how I wanna clean the whole thing.

Please don’t ask how those mosquitoes and flies came in.

Well after taking REALLY long to finish up this cleaning process, it’s finished and my casing is now still dirtier when I first bought it! 8D But cleaner than most of the time when I started using it.

Yeah, haven’t updated for some time now. Well first off I visited a shed. Not just any shed, a shed that makes biscuits from dough.

Might look very old, but never judge by its look!

Inside… Is actually a very small place. Well I’ll get on with the procedure of making the biscuits.

Firstly mixed something and roll it into a round shape.

Then rolled it flat.

Then some little things (I don’t know what’s it called) was added on top of the dough.

I managed to take a lot of photos from here, thanks to Ooi Jin for letting me to use his DSLR and also my mom’s uncle for letting me take so many photos =D Well, as we proceed…

Furnace was cooled down by sprinkling water in it.

The dough was then attached on the wall of the furnace.

Then covered the furnace with holes. Wait until the biscuits are roasted to this color.

The biscuits were then removed from the furnace. And now you may enjoy you meal.

Holidays are here! So what do we do now? I fixed my aunt’s and a friend’s computer. My friend got the Win7 so I think he’s enjoying it now =D
